Silver SABREs are awarded for the best programs in specific industry sectors. Programs can involve work in any practice area, including marketing communications, public affairs, crisis or issues management, investor relations, or employee communications, for an organization in the relevant industry.

35. Consumer Health-this category recognizes work conducted on behalf of OTC pharmaceuticals and other health-related products sold direct-to-consumer
36. Educational and Cultural Institutions*-this category recognizes programs conducted on behalf of schools, churches, museums, etc.
37. Entertainment*-this category recognizes programs conducted on behalf of entertainment industry clients, including movie studios, television networks, celebrities, etc. It does not include entertainment sponsorships or tie-ins by companies in other sectors.

40. Food & Beverage (Branded)-this category recognizes programs conducted on behalf of branded food products. Programs conducted on behalf of restaurants, etc., should be entered in category 41).
41. Food & Beverage (Commodity)-this category recognizes programs conducted on behalf of commodity food groups.
42. Food Service-this category recognizes programs conducted on behalf of individual restaurants and restaurant chains.
43. Government Agencies-this category recognizes programs conducted on behalf of domestic or overseas governments, including industrial development, social marketing, and other programs.
44. Healthcare Providers*-this category recognized work conducted on behalf of hospitals, physicians' groups, etc.
