We are currently seeking a Digital Analytics Manager, C2C for one of our fastest growing offerings, Conversation to Commerce. The Manager will be responsible for working across Publicis Communications and Publicis Media agencies - Publicis Worldwide, Saatchi & Saatchi, Leo Burnett, ARC, MSLGROUP, Nurun, Zenith Optimedia, MediaVest, Performics, etc – developing omni-channel campaigns that leverage earned media and influence at the core.

Additional Information:
•Be a part of a new department while assisting in crafting measurement methodologies and assisting in campaign analysis and business insights on a global level
•Work across multiple, international brands.
•Analyze rich data sets and create reports for internal and client-facing audiences.
•Lead day-to-day collecting, analyzing and interpreting of data
•Create and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders
•Work with cross-functional departments including account, creative, analytics, media, social, search and digital strategy
•Understanding client need and tailoring analysis to answer specific questions 
•Plan and implement digital media solutions across Search, Social, Web, and Mobile platforms. Mainly focuses on interactive/Internet media (e.g., web sites, blogs, e-mail, search engines, planning, buying, traffic, and reporting). 
•Work hand in hand with digital agencies on building and innovating consumer decision journeys
•Identify new opportunities to measure the effectiveness on utilizing influence to drive brand and commerce 
•Work with creative agencies to determine measurement plans and scenarios
•Harmonize insight and measurement methodologies and quality standards across North America teams to a level that exceeds the needs and expectations of the client 
•Identify, execute and interpret insights that yield stronger and more relevant brand communications 
•Proactively identify business, category, consumer research, insights and trends that can influence our clients campaigns
•Identify research needs and priorities based on the company's strategy and based on an in-depth understanding of the market and where it's heading. 
•Work in a highly collaborative manner with others to pursue department and company goals

•Bachelors in a technical discipline such as social science, marketing, business or relevant industry experience
•Exposure and experience with data visualization
•Working knowledge in a data industry with 1-2 years of experience as an analyst
•Proficiency in Excel
•Demonstrated ability to be proactive, organized, detail oriented and enjoy learning-by-doing
•A strong working knowledge of consumer business, structure, communications processes, language/culture
•Strong working knowledge of the digital/social landscape and implications for consumer brands
•Deep understanding of the creative process
•Strong problem solving skills and concept development - ability to conceptualize issues, quickly develop solutions, and implement action plans
•Experience with industry and trend analysis, media audits, competitive analysis
•Previous experience partnering with professionals in other communications channels, e.g., advertising, digital, direct, etc
•Ability to think strategically and be insightful with the ability to tell a story that converts data into actionable insights;
•Knowledge of and interest in current measurement techniques and products
•Ability to be flexible and multi-task in a fast-paced, client-driven environment; 
•Communicate effectively and professionally both internally and externally
•Demonstrate ability to set priorities while handling multiple projects
•Project a professional, positive attitude toward peers and clients
•Foster a positive team atmosphere and establish credibility both internally and externally
