We are currently seeking a Digital Strategy Manager, C2C for one of our fastest growing offerings, Conversation to Commerce. The Manager will be responsible for working across Publicis Communications and Publicis Media agencies - Publicis Worldwide, Saatchi & Saatchi, Leo Burnett, ARC, MSLGROUP, Nurun, Zenith Optimedia, MediaVest, Performics, etc – developing omni-channel campaigns that leverage earned media and influence at the core.

Additional Information:
Responsibilities:
•Works with Global leader to plan and implement digital media solutions across Search, Social, Web, and Mobile platforms. Mainly focuses on interactive/Internet media (e.g., web sites, blogs, e-mail, search engines, planning, buying, traffic, and reporting). 
•Work hand in hand with digital agencies on adding to and following consumer decision journeys
•Identify new opportunities to measure the effectiveness of utilizing influence to drive brand and commerce 
•Partner with social and media relations to craft messages and build campaign strategy
•Work with creative agencies to determine new digital ad units, measurement plans and scenarios
•Drive insight and measurement methodologies and quality standards for influence and its measurement
•Identify, execute and interpret insights that yield stronger and more relevant brand communications 
•Proactively identify business, category, consumer research, insights and trends that can influence our clients campaigns
•Aid in ensuring division profitability
•Assist with new business plan development
•Help develop a new and growing department to build it out to a global level.
•Work across multiple, international brands.
•Coordinate workflow within the Agency in an organized and efficient manner
•Work in a highly collaborative manner with others to pursue department and company goals

Requirements/Skills:
•3-5 years experience in a digital environment, along with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study
•Someone who is proactive, organized, detail oriented and enjoys learning-by-doing
•A strong working knowledge of consumer business, structure, communications processes, language/culture
•Strong working knowledge of the digital/social landscape and implications for consumer brands
•Deep understanding of the creative process
•Strong problem solving skills and concept development - ability to conceptualize issues, quickly develop solutions, and implement action plans
•Adept at organizing multiple projects at once
•Strong understanding of the production workflow
•Ability to work alone and within a team environment
•Experience with industry and trend analysis, media audits, competitive analysis
•Previous experience partnering with professionals in other communications channels, e.g., advertising, digital, direct, etc
•Ability to think strategically and be insightful with the ability to tell a story that converts data into actionable insights;
•Knowledge of and interest in current measurement techniques and products
•Ability to be flexible and multi-task in a fast-paced, client-driven environment; 
•Communicate effectively and professionally both internally and externally
•Demonstrate ability to set priorities while handling multiple projects
•Project a professional, positive attitude toward peers and clients
•Foster a positive team atmosphere and establish credibility both internally and externally
