NEW YORK—Washington, D.C.-based Westin Reinhart Group and New York’s 5W Public Relations have joined forces to create Reid-Torossian Communications, which will provide crisis communications
counsel to corporations and high profile individuals.

Westin Reinhart is led by Morris Reid, a former Clinton Administration official who worked with Commerce Secretary Ronald Brown and Housing & Urban Development Secretary Andrew Cuomo as well as serving as director of Vice President Al Gore’s office at the 1996 Democratic Convention in Chicago and deputy director of Vice Presidential operations for Clinton/Gore ‘96.

5w president Ronn Torossian is a former spokesperson for Israel’s Likud party, and has worked extensively in crisis communications. He is currently managing a number of crises, including the impending trial of hip hop artist Lil Kim. His firm’s clients include criminal defense attorney Ben Brafman, Bad Boy Worldwide Entertainment Group, NBA star Jalen Rose, Sean John Boys,  and the Israel Ministry of Tourism.

“We are prepared to respond rapidly and effectively virtually anywhere in the world, and are accustomed to operating under pressure and producing results on deadline. The two of us individually often get called upon for help and to assemble instant teams of lawyers, lobbyists, power brokers and the like,” says Torossian.
