The LMA recently adopted a position statement that supports the American Bar Association’s efforts to update ethics rules to incorporate the impact brought on by the adoption of new technologies, such as blogs. Over the next several months, Astoria Communications will work to spread awareness of the LMA’s adoption of the position statement, as well as the impact of various efforts underway in state legislatures around the country to adopt changes to rules on their own.
