AUSTIN—Apollo Endosurgery, a leading developer of less invasive healthcare, has selected W2O Group as its integrated marketing agency of record for the Lap-Band system. The appointment aims to bring to life the brand’s new positioning through s advertising, digital engagement and multi-channel marketing efforts designed to drive deeper engagement with their customers and patients.

CHICAGO—MWW has been hired as US public relations agency of record by Munich-based emnos, a global consulting and services firm that provides data analysis, insights and tools for retailers and consumer businesses. As agency of record, MWW will lead a national media relations and B2B program to promote the arrival of emnos in the U.S. and raise awareness for the company’s proprietary data analysis technology, research tools and consulting services.

RALEIGH, NC—French/West/Vaughan has been selected by Asheville Savings Bank for marketing, public relations and advertising. FWV will work with Asheville Savings Bank to create a new brand image and implement revenue-generating campaigns in the marketplace. In addition to handling creative development and media relations responsibilities, FWV will provide social media, email marketing and online advertising strategic counsel to the bank’s marketing team. 

IRVINE, CA—LFPR has been selected as the agency of record for Sage North America, the US and Canada subsidiary of The Sage Group, a leading global supplier of business management software and services. LFPR was retained for the third straight year to build a PR program focused on highlighting how Sage helps and supports small and medium-sized businesses.

NEW YORK—King + Company will be working with Allscope Direct, the new direct response arm of acclaimed media and communications firm Allscope Media. KCo will develop and execute a public relations launch strategy on behalf of Allscope to bring heightened awareness to Allscope Direct’s range of direct marketing capabilities, and the expertise of the company’s founders.

BOSTON—Juvenile products brand Urbini, which makes baby gear, has selected Adam Ritchie Brand Direction as its public relations agency of record. Adam Ritchie will support Urbini and its line of new products, which includes strollers and infant car seats, with a program that will target digital and print media, and include event support.

CORAL GABLES, FL—Travel PR specialist Cheryl Andrew Marketing Communications has added four new clients: the Montserrat Development Corporation, Sirenis Hotels & Resorts, Grand Residences Riviera Cancun and Unikgo.com.
