NEW YORK—Lou Hammond & Associates has added seven new clients for public relations, digital marketing and positioning: Blount Small Ship Adventures, which offers small ship cruising; SeaDream Yacht Club, which visits ports in the Caribbean, Amazon, Mediterranean, Baltic and Asia; the Haunted Attraction Association, which serves as the voice of the haunted attraction industry; the Arizona Office of Tourism for its annual New York Media Marketplace; the Home Sharing Program, administered by New York Foundation for Senior Citizens; Club Quarters Grand Central; and Kerry Solomon, director of the Carolina Eyecare Research Institute.

PARSIPPANY, NJ—Coyne Public Relations has been selected by Daytona International Speedway to steer strategic PR efforts associated with its historic Daytona Rising redevelopment project. Coyne PR recently helped Daytona International Speedway kick off the project with the first running of the “Daytona Rising 500,” a competition featuring racing’s finest competing against each other in 20-ton construction equipment to earn the right to become the official “groundbreakers” for the project.

DENVER—Turner Public Relations, which specializes in travel, tourism, and active lifestyle brands, has been named agency of record for the Utah Office of Tourism following a competitive review. Turner PR has begun promoting visitation to the iconic state via strategic, integrated media relations and social media programs.

SAN FRANCISCO—Fineman PR has added HNTB Corporation, an employee-owned architecture, engineering, planning and construction management firm, as the latest addition to its client roster. HNTB selected Fineman to enhance its business-to-business communications in Northern California.

COLUMBIA, MD—Maroon PR has been retained by the Mid-Atlantic Nursery Trade Show to assist with media relations management, social media development and event support for its January 2014 show.

NEW YORK—Nerium International, a relationship marketing company led by founder and CEO Jeff Olson, has named Krupp Kommunications as its public relations agency of record. K2 will provide brand management, communications strategy, and media outreach to advance overall company goals.
