NEW YORK—Ruder Finn has added Cengage Learning, a global education company, to its roster of multinational clients following a competitive pitch. Ruder Finn's New York and San Francisco offices, together with RFI Studios, the agency's full-service digital practice, will support Cengage Learning with message development, media relations, thought leadership and global brand positioning.

NEW YORK—MWW has been named public relations agency of record for Scruff, a top dating and social networking apps with more than 7 million members worldwide. MWW, through its LGBT marketing practice, will bring attention to Scruff using strategic media relations and the leveraging of Scruff’s global community and audience to support various philanthropic outreach. 

SANTA MONICA, CA—Phelps, an integrated marketing communications agency, has expanded its established travel portfolio with the addition of Hong Kong Tourism Board US, for which it will serve as social media marketing agency of record. Phelps will handle social media marketing and community management for Hong Kong Tourism Board’s social media channels to engage and promote Hong Kong as a travel destination among US consumers.

MIAMI—Cotton Incorporated has selected RockOrange as its public relations partner for this year’s Cotton’s 24 Hour Runway Show in South Beach, Miami, in November. RockOrange is developing the public relations strategy to increase the reach of the award-winning show.

VALHALLA, NY—Buzz Creators, a boutique public relations and marketing firm in Westchester County, has added MTK Tavern (Mt. Kisco), Mount Kisco Medical Group (MKMG) of Mount Kisco, The DSF Group/Halstead New Rochelle Metro North (New Rochelle), Southern Westchester Food & Wine Festival (SOWE) and the Westchester Community Foundation (Hartsdale) to its client roster.
