SAN FRANCISCO—Cohn & Wolfe’s global sustainability practice added AngelPoints, a leading Web-based platform for corporate social responsibility, and Priority GreenPark, a subsidiary of Priority Parking, seeking to convert all of the company’s facilities to sustainable, environmentally-responsible assets.


NEW YORK—Affect Strategies has been selected by Bug Labs, which provides products and services that allow businesses to prototype, pilot and produce innovative networked devices; dealnews, a guide to the best deals on consumer electronics, computers and more; •, a free online dating site; and Valiance Partners, which provides software and services to regulated businesses that have significant risk associated with data and content migrations.


SEATTLE—Following a competitive agency review, the North American Working Group, a bi-national industry group working to promote wood as a leading sustainable building product, has hired Hill & Knowlton to develop a brand positioning and messaging strategy.     


MOBILE, AL—Cherokee Nation Entertainment has named Red Square Agency as its agency of record. Headquartered in Catoosa, Okla., CNE is the gaming and hospitality arm of the Cherokee Nation and owns and operates Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa, seven Cherokee Casinos, four hotels, two golf courses and many other retail operations in northeast Oklahoma.


NEW YORK—Dr. David Perlmutter, a neurologist and Fellow of the American College of Nutrition, has named Krupp Kommunications as his public relations agency of record. K2 will provide brand management and consulting, and national media relations to advance recognition for Dr.Perlmutter and his book, Power Up Your Brain: The Neuroscience of Enlightenment.


NEW YORK—The Morris + King Company has been retained by Howard Gordon, executive producer of the hit Fox TV series 24, now in worldwide syndication, and author of Gideon’s War. As agency-of-record, MKC will develop and execute a public relations campaign on behalf of Gordon’s debut novel.


NEW YORK—LVM Group has been retained to handle the public relations for First Market Properties, a New York City firm that invests in distressed commercial mortgage debt.


CHESHIRE—International business-to-business agency The Scott Partnership has been appointed by U.K.-based Preclinical Oncology Services Limited (PRECOS), a pre-clinical research and development company, to lead a global PR campaign aimed at raising company and brand awareness. PRECOS has a specific focus on oncology was launched as a spin-off from the University of Nottingham in September 2010. The Scott Partnership was appointed as a result of its reputation for delivering strong, results driven PR campaigns for companies in the life science sector.
