LOS ANGELES—The western region of GolinHarris added two new clients to its roster: BillFloat, Inc. and the University of Redlands. BillFloat, a bill payment provider that gives consumers more time to pay when they need it, selected GolinHarris as its agency of record. The agency is charged with consumer and trade media outreach and providing public affairs support and the account will be led out of the Orange County office by Traci Renner, executive director. The University of Redlands has tapped GolinHarris to leads its regional and national media relations outreach efforts. The account will be led by Lisa Falcetti, executive director and leader of the Orange County office.

NEW YORK—Aspex Eyewear, one of the largest eyewear manufacturers in North America, has enlisted Makovsky + Company as agency of record to increase visibility of its EasyClip, EasyTwist, Takumi and Greg Norman product lines. The agency will work with the Aspex executive team to develop overall strategy and messaging for several of the company’s eyewear lines while increasing brand recognition through media relations.

DENVER—GroundFloor Media has been selected as the agency of record for ClickBank, a global e-commerce network that enables online entrepreneurs to sell and distribute digital goods. GroundFloor Media will help ClickBank raise its industry profile through a full range of strategic communications initiatives, including message development, social media and media relations programs.

NEW YORK—The Morris + King Company has been retained by Unruly, a global platform for social video advertising that distributes video and rich media formats across platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, premium publisher sites, influential blogs and mobile applications. As agency-of-record, MKC will develop and execute a comprehensive public relations campaign on behalf of Unruly that taps the diverse strengths of MKC in both the technology and business sectors.

ATLANTA—East Coast Diversified Corporation has retained KCSA Strategic Communications to direct the company's investor relations and public relations programs. KCSA will develop a communication strategy to enhance East Coast Diversified Corporation’s reputation among the investment community and targeted media outlets.

NEW YORK—Nancy J. Friedman Public Relations has added four new clients to the agency’s travel and tourism roster, including Fodor’s Travel. The agency will promote Fodor’s travel guidebooks, spokespeople and expert travel knowledge. Other new additions include the Pod 39, Manhattan, and two new properties in Puerto Rico: Condado Vanderbilt and Copamarina Beach Resort and Spa.

GARDEN GROVE, CA—Public Communications Worldwide, a technology public relations firm, has been selected as agency of record by Nixle, a leader in civilian messaging applications for local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. The firm will provide strategic public relations services focused on print, broadcast and online media to increase awareness and drive expanded law enforcement agency adoption of Nixle by public safety agencies and the general public.
