Airbus has selected The Jeffrey Group to provide public relations services throughout Latin America and the Caribbean; plus new business for Linhart, Arment Dietrich, Travers Collins, Maccabbee Group, and Zapwater Communications.

MIAMI—Airbus, the world’s largest airline manufacturer, has selected The Jeffrey Group to provide public relations services throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. The Airbus Latin America PR program includes strategic counsel surrounding local communications plans and media relations efforts in 14 markets throughout the region.  Airbus will work directly with Jeffrey offices in Miami, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and its partner in Chile.


ENVER—Linhart Public Relations has been selected by Niman Ranch as its national public relations firm. Niman Ranch is one of the largest networks of U.S. family farmers and ranchers raising livestock traditionally, humanely and sustainably to deliver the finest tasting meat in the world. Linhart PR will work with Niman Ranch to educate media and consumers about naturally raised meat, humane animal treatment and sustainable agriculture and will create brand awareness for Niman Ranch through targeted media relations, community outreach and strategic communication programs. 


CHICAGO—Arment Dietrich has been selected by three new clients. Little Lady Foods is a leader in specialty frozen food manufacturing, and selected Arment Dietrich for help with internal communication, employee relations, and leadership development. Magnata Visible Systems, a manufacturer of more than 2,300 ready-to-use, printed magnetic, dry-erase whiteboard kits, hired the firm for business-to-business media relations to increase awareness in select vertical industries. And Nichiha, a leader in fiber cement building products, retained the firm to increase awareness of the company’s green initiatives and how its products improve commercial projects.


BUFFALO, NY—BakeMark USA, one of the bakery industry’s largest manufacturers and distributors of bakery ingredients and food with 18 branches located across the United States, has selected Travers Collins & Company of Buffalo as its new agency of record, effective immediately. Travers Collins & Company will immediately begin working on a total re-branding initiative for BakeMark, an effort that will start with research and lead to image and product advertising, sales training, sales contests, public relations and a host of other communication tactics and initiatives. 


MINNEAPOLIS—Gold’n Plump Poultry, the St. Cloud, Minnesota-based, family-owned provider of premium chicken products, has chosen Maccabee Group Public Relations as its new public relations agency, to augment the work of incumbent marketing and advertising agency Gabriel DeGrood Bendt. Maccabee Group will provide Gold’n Plump with local and national media relations and corporate communications services.

CHICAGO—Zapwater Communications has been retained  by The Gibsons Restaurant Group to generate local and national media coverage and create top of mind awareness for all four of the group’s restaurant concepts: Lux Bar, Quartino, Hugo’s Frog Bar & Fish House, and Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse. The account will be lead by Annie Neyman, group director, hospitality.
