Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Warschawski will work with the City of Baltimore and the United Way to create the site, which will act as an online hub for the campaign. The website will explain the current homelessness situation in Baltimore, highlight key information about the city’s ten-year plan, offer resources for the homeless and provide ways for citizens to contribute financially and as volunteers.
