Warschawski has been tapped by the City of Baltimore and the United Way of Central Maryland, plus new account wins for French/West/Vaughan, FoodMinds, Krupp Kommunikations, Zapwater Communications and 5W PR.

BALTIMORE—Warschawski has been tapped by the City of Baltimore and the United Way of Central Maryland to develop a comprehensive website for The Journey Home, a city-led initiative to end homelessness in Baltimore within the next ten years. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Warschawski will work with the City of Baltimore and the United Way to create the site, which will act as an online hub for the campaign. The website will explain the current homelessness situation in Baltimore, highlight key information about the city’s ten-year plan, offer resources for the homeless and provide ways for citizens to contribute financially and as volunteers.


RALEIGH, NC—French/West/Vaughan has been retained by the Moe’s Southwest Grill Raleigh Cooperative, which comprises 13 fast casual locations in the Raleigh-Durham area. FWV will develop and execute an integrated marketing campaign designed to increase store traffic and stimulate trial through advertising, community partnerships, public relations and social media. Emphasis will be on engaging consumers in creative ways, and adding value to their dining experience in order to build loyalty and encourage viral buzz.


OAKBROOK TERRACE, IL—FoodMinds, a food and nutrition communications specialist, has been engaged by the Hass Avocado Board to develop and manage its nutrition science research program, and by Kashi Company, which has tasked FoodMinds to conduct a nutrition audit.


NEW YORK—Advanced skincare specialist Bremenn Research Labs has named Krupp Kommunications as public relations agency of record.  In this role, K2 will provide brand management and consulting, as well as all national media relations to advance overall brand recognition for the extensive collection of products within the Bremenn Research Labs line.


CHICAGO—Zapwater Communications has been retained by the Fox Valley Institute for Growth & Wellness. Fox Valley Institute is a health facility that offers a variety of specialized counseling services for individuals, children, and adolescents, in addition to marriage, family and group guidance. Zapwater has been retained to increase visibility for Fox Valley Institute and lead ongoing media relations for the facility and founder, Dr. Laura Bokar.


NEW YORK—5W Public Relations has signed the Badichi belt boutique in Soho, and the Life Quality Improvement Center as clients for full service public relations campaigns.
