G.S. Schwartz & Co. is handling media relations for the 104th annual American International Toy Fair, which with an estimated attendance of 25,000 is one of the largest B2B events in New York City.

NEW YORK—G.S. Schwartz & Co. is handling media relations for the 104th annual American International Toy Fair, which with an estimated attendance of 25,000 is one of the largest B2B events in New York City. The 2007 show is at the Jacob Javits Convention Center, February 11 to 14. G.S. Schwartz & Co. also handles an ongoing comprehensive public relations program for the Toy Industry Association, which owns and operates the trade show. 

BUFFALO, NY—Travers Collins & Company has been retained by the Unshackle Upstate Coalition to provide media relations, marketing and interactive creative services in addition to facilitating special events. Unshackle Upstate is a coalition of more than 40 business and trade organizations, representing more than 25,000 companies that employ more than 1 million people and is launching a campaign for government reforms  to spur business growth throughout the upstate region.

SAN DIEGO—Berkman, a full-service public relations, marketing communications and branding firm, has added San Diego Service Authority for Freeway Emergencies’ Mobile Call Box program, Hospitality Inc., and Royal India, to its client roster. Berkman will facilitate communications and community outreach for the SAFE program, which will enable motorists to receive roadside assistance on freeways and highways in a non-emergency situation.

CITTIOprovides a network and system monitoring software platform. InQuira improves the quality of customer interactions with websites and contact centers by providing integrated applications for intelligent search, knowledge management, analytics and user experience.

CINCINNATI—HSR Business to Business has been selected as integrated marketing agency of record by Hypertherm, a worldwide supplier of plasma cutting technology. Initially, HSR will focus on strategic consulting, messaging and implementation of an integrated marketing communications plan.

MELVILLE, NY—Thomas Public Relations has been chosen as agency of record by Other World Computing, a leading Mac and PC technology company. Thomas PR was chosen because of its specialized expertise in public relations and branding for computer technology.

LOUISVILLE, CO—PetroHunter Energy and Falcon Oil & Gas have engaged CTA Integrated Communications to design and produce banners, signage, promotional items and various collateral materials for oil and gas industry tradeshows including NAPE Expo 2007 in Houston. Tatonka Oil & Gas has hired CTA Integrated Communications to redesign its existing website and to update its corporate profile.
