New business success for W2O Group, JPA Health, Child's Play Communications, MWW.

WESTFORD, MA—NetScout Systems, an industry leader for advanced network, application and service assurance solutions, has selected W2O Group as its integrated marketing and public relations agency of record. NetScout will work closely with the agency to reinvent its public relations, social media, and digital marketing strategies, and reposition itself as the undisputed leader in performance analytics, operational intelligence solutions, and the network and application performance management markets.

SAN ANTONIO, TX—GenSpera, a biotech company that develops prodrug therapeutics for the treatment of cancer, has named JPA Health Communications as its public relations agency of record. JPA will handle external communications for the company and its investigational agent mipsagargin, currently in Phase II clinical development for patients with liver and brain cancer.

NEW YORK—Child's Play Communications, which specializes in connecting brands with moms, has announced the addition of Filip Technologies as a client, for the launch of Filip2, a wearable phone, smart locator and watch for kids ages 4 to 11. The Child's Play team will handle media relations targeted to parents as well as blogger management.

LOS ANGELES—MWW has been named the public relations agency of record for the Gay Men’s Chorus of Los Angeles, one of the oldest non-profit LGBT arts organization and a part of the Southern California performing arts community for over three decades. MWW’s LGBT marketing practice will boost awareness for GMCLA, using strategic media relations to amplify key GMCLA programs.
