DENVER—Avocados from Mexico, a newly-formed marketing agency dedicated to the Mexican avocado industry, is allocating $36 million to a campaign led by Arnold Worldwide as integrated agency of record and Ketchum as PR agency of record. SAN FRANCISCO—Lewis PR has been appointed to handle a PR program across North America and Europe for Spectralink, a global leader in wireless solutions for the workplace. Lewis will drive the global PR strategy to raise the profile of Spectralink following its divestiture from Polycom in December 2012. Campaign goals include building brand equity with customers and partners, and educating on how Spectralink’s solutions solve everyday communications challenges in the workplace.

MINNEAPOLIS—Padilla Speer Beardsley has been engaged as agency of record by Airbac, a new backpack company that uses a patented technology to relieve the stress and weight of carrying a heavy bag. PORTSMOUTH, NH—Calypso Communications has again been named public relations and marketing agency of record by Detroit Renewable Energy, a consortium of integrated renewable energy assets that owns and operates renewable energy-from-waste project Detroit Renewable Power.
