Fineman PR has added Montesquieu Wines to its list of clients in the wine industry; plus new business successes for Goodman Media, Greenough Communications, CRT/tanaka, Pollack PR Marketing Group, Arketi Group, Shazaam, and Zapwater.

SAN FRANCISCO—Fineman PR has added Montesquieu Wines to its list of clients in the wine industry for brand PR and issues management services.  Montesquieu Wines is a full-service wine group that operates in the Burgundian negociant tradition. Fineman PR is launching Derenoncourt California, a new wine brand for which Montesquieu has partnered with renowned French winemaker Stéphane Derenoncourt. Fineman PR is also consulting and implementing internet and new media communications content and strategies for Montesquieu.


NEW YORK—Goodman Media International has added six new clients: Lustgarten Foundation, for media relations, working with Cablevision Systems Corporation to raise the visibility of the foundation, which is dedicated to funding pancreatic cancer research; WNET/Thirteen, for public relations work on the opening of its new broadcasting studios at Lincoln Center; Magnum Photos, for national and international media relations; Fannie E. Rippel Foundation, for communications support for this national foundation focused on innovations in healthcare; HNW, for public relations and strategic thought-leadership communications for this marketing organization aimed at high-net-worth individuals; and Little Pim, for communications activities to promote its award-winning foreign language DVD series for young children.


BOSTON—Greenough Communications has been chosen by Virtusa Corporation, a global IT services company, to develop and execute a strategic marketing and public relations plan. Greenough will build awareness and brand equity for Virtusa’s corporate identity and IT practices through a combination of traditional and social media.

Greenough will enhance Virtusa’s traditional media program and drive consistent editorial coverage in the publications that matter most.  Greenough will also leverage digital and social media to further build awareness and thought leadership.


RICHMOND, VA—CRT/tanaka has been retained as the agency of record by Dallas-based T-System to provide strategic public relations and marketing counsel for its clinical solutions. Founded by emergency department physicians, T-System’s products enable emergency departments to meet important clinical and administrative goals such as improving patient care, increasing provider satisfaction, decreasing variability, improving workflow and increasing reimbursement.

LOS ANGELES—The Pollack PR Marketing Group has been selected as agency of record for INADA massage chairs. Based in Osaka, Japan, INADA manufactures, develops, and specializes in high performance massage therapy massage chairs. Following PPMG’s public relations outreach efforts for INADA at the 2010 International Consumer Electronic Show, the firm plans to continue its media and consumer product PR efforts for INADA by leveraging INADA’s new innovative products, as well as the company’s position as the quality and innovation leader in the massage chair marketplace.


ATLANTAArketi Group, a high-tech business-to-business public relations and marketing firm, has been selected by StatCom, which provides comprehensive patient throughput software solutions to hospitals, as its agency to help elevate the company's corporate brand. The new assignment extends Arketi's ongoing thought leadership work with StatCom over the last three years, most recently conducting and promoting the 2009 National Survey on the Impact of Technology in Healthcare Reform.

SOUTHFIELD, MI—Shazaaam!, an integrated marketing communications agency, has been named global agency of record for ArtJen Complexus. Shazaaam! and its subsidiaries will provide media relations, publicity, advertising, sales support, packaging design, collateral development, and social media marketing. In addition, Shazaaam! will provide marketing support for the relocation of ArtJen Complexus' headquarters to Detroit's TechTown, the relocation of its manufacturing facilities to Michigan, and the consolidation and selection of Michigan-based vendors.


CHICAGO—Zapwater Communications has been retained by three new hospitality clients: Lumen, Duchamp, and Zealous Restaurant. Zapwater Communications has been tapped to assist with ongoing media relations on a local and regional level for all locations. The agency will also oversee all marketing initiatives, promotions, partnerships, and special events moving forward.
