New business success for Allison+Partners, Buffalo, JMPR, JS2, R&J, GBG, and Hawkins International.

SAN FRANCISCO—Allison+Partners has formed a partnership with the Giants Community Fund, a nonprofit organization that uses baseball as a forum to encourage underserved youth and their families to live healthy, productive lives. Allison+Partners is implementing a communications plan to raise awareness and support for the Fund’s Junior Giants program and additional education, health and violence prevention initiatives.

VIENNA, VA—Danish shoemaker ECCO has appointed Buffalo Communications as lead global PR agency for ECCO Sport, to grow international brand awareness and market share in the outdoor and running categories. Buffalo will promote ECCO—celebrating its 50th anniversary this year—and its sport products via a strategic PR and marketing-communications program targeting key influencers.

WOODLAND HILLS, CA—The Los Angeles Auto Show has named JMPR Public Relations as its new agency of record. JMPR will work with the LA Auto Show on all strategic communications for the organization in the United States and internationally and will also be responsible for supporting the launch of the organization’s inaugural Connected Car Expo in November, as well as corporate communications for the parent company, ANSA Productions, that produces both shows.

LOS ANGELES—JS2 Communications has signed TheSuitest, a new hotel search engine featuring data crunching technology, as its agency of record. The firm was hired to launch the new site through media relations, marketing and social media consulting.  The business will be run out of the agency's Los Angeles office.

BRIDGEWATER, NJ—Jersey Artisan Distilling has selected R&J Public Relations as its public relations agency of record. R&J will focus on enhancing Jersey Artisan Distilling’s brand identity and awareness across multiple platforms, providing communications strategies for its evolving list of premium liquors, and supporting the distillery’s marketing and communications initiatives in their target markets.

SAN DIEGO—Travel To Go, a membership vacation services company located in San Diego, has engaged the services of GBG & Associates, a public relations firm specializing primarily in the resort industry.

NEW YORK—Hawkins International has added six new clients, including luxury brands The Omni Royal Orleans; the Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires, Argentina; Villa Monticello in Accra, Ghana; and Bly, a new e-commerce website focused on travel, design and lifestyle.
