NEW YORK—Hill+Knowlton Strategies has been engaged by Supima, a fashion brand specializing in the use of American cotton around the world, for the brand’s consumer PR and digital business. The account will be led by the digital and consumer marketing teams in H+K’s New York office. The initial scope of work will include developing a new brand identity and messaging, digital framework, consumer media relations and an events management strategy that includes on-site support for NY Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week.

WOODLAND HILLS, CA-- JMPR Public Relations has been appointed as agency of record for The Coker Group, overseeing media outreach for a family of companies that includes several tire and wheel manufacturers, a bicycle company, hot rod and speed shops as well as a cross-country rally. JMPR will be responsible for the promotion of The Coker Group and its subsidiaries including the launch of new products and creating brand awareness within the collector car and aftermarket restoration industries and other key audiences.

BOSTON—PAN Communications, a public relations and digital media firm has added six new clients:
Axios Systems, a provider of IT service management solutions; Thunderhead, a provider of enterprise solutions for customer experience management; Oasys Water, which provides companies with a cost-effective way to treat and reuse water; Radialpoint, which creates and manages white-label services businesses for consumers and SMBs; Ruckus Media Group, which creates interactive applications for mobile devices; and iBoard Inc., a desktop and mobile application that provides families with a private social network.

NEW YORK—Child’s Play Communications, which specializes in connecting companies with moms, has added Produce for Kids, a consortium of more than 50 fruit and vegetable growers, to its client roster. Child’s Play will launch public relations efforts for the organization’s 10th anniversary campaign, Get Healthy, Give Hope, a fundraising program. The agency will handle traditional media and blogger outreach.

NEW YORK—5W Public Relations has added Immune Pharmaceuticals, an Israel and US-based biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of next generation monoclonal antibodies for the treatment of inflammatory diseases and cancer, to its roster of corporate clients. 5WPR will execute a public relations program to promote Immune Pharmaceuticals to targeted influential media. Key elements will include media relations, speaker engagement, messaging, web strategies and more.

NEW YORK—Nancy J. Friedman Public Relations has been named agency of record for Refinery Hotel, a hat-factory-turned- hotel scheduled to open in the fall of 2012. Refinery, located in New York City’s fashion district, will offer apartment/loft style accommodations, a tea lounge, a rooftop bar, and a signature food and beverage concept. NJFPR will provide integrated marketing communications support for all of Refinery’s offerings.

NEW YORK—Carolyn Izzo Integrated Communications has been selected as Los Cabos' agency of record for the fourth consecutive year following the official, annual bid. Through media outreach, executive media tours, press receptions, celebrity outreach, trade show support and social network management—assisted by the addition of a new Miami office—CIIC will communicate the appeal of the destination on all media platforms.

PROVIDENCE, RI—Matter Communications, celebrating its sixth year in Rhode Island, has added two new clients: Numark, a leading manufacturer of DJ technology; and Aquabotix, a marine technology company that is delivering the accessibility of consumer electronics to the world of underwater video.
