New business success for Arketi, Abel, Trevelino/Keller, Beehive, King + Co, SK+G, Driven, Trylon, and French/West/Vaughan.

ATLANTA—Arketi Group, a high-tech business-to-business public relations and digital marketing agency, has partnered with Atlanta-based TechBridge to execute messaging and rebranding. Having selected TechBridge as its 2013 pro bono client, Arketi donated its time and resources for the marketing engagement. Arketi redesigned the organization’s communications materials and its website to better engage and inform nonprofits, funders, and the community at large.

BALTIMORE—Abel Communications has signed a partnership with Medifast to support the weight loss program and products company in its efforts to increase awareness in its home market of Baltimore. In partnering with Abel, Medifast intends to more proactively share business updates and consumer success stories locally, with an overall goal of increased brand awareness and community goodwill. 

ATLANTA—Publik Draft House and Baraonda Ristorante & Bar, Atlanta-based restaurant concepts, are partnering with Trevelino/Keller as their public relations and marketing agency of choice. PDH and Baraonda operate under restaurant parent company, C+M Gastronomy Group, which plans to strengthen the presence of PDH as a gastropub and Baraonda as a provider of Italian cuisine. In addition, PDH partners with Trevelino/Keller as the brand plans for franchise expansion.

SAINT PAUL, MN—Beehive PR has added two new professional and financial services clients: BMS Group has selected Beehive to provide brand awareness through global media relations and expert positioning; PreferredOne, a Minnesota-based health services company, selected Beehive to help raise brand awareness and manage its communication strategies as new federal healthcare laws take effect.

NEW YORK—King + Company has been retained by Flu Near You, a free, accessible multi-platform app that tracks flu symptoms across the US. KCo will develop and execute a comprehensive public relations campaign on behalf of Flu Near You to raise awareness around the first-ever service to provide crowd-sourced information on flu cases and symptoms.

LAS VEGAS—SK+G Advertising has been selected as public relations agency of record for The Market LV at Tivoli Village. The agency will provide strategy, media relations and social media management for the retail destination, which features 20 small and medium-sized stores.

KETCHUM, ID—Decked, manufacturer of a new full-sized pickup truck bed storage solution, is partnering with Driven Public Relations, which specializes in automotive public relations. Driven is tasked with helping Decked launch its all-new truck bed storage solution.

NEW YORK—Trylon SMR has been selected by SourceAudio as agency of record for its media relations requirements. SourceAudio is a professional business to business music licensing and distribution technology provider.

RALEIGH, NC—Former North Carolina State All-American football player Terrence Holt has selected Raleigh-based French/West/Vaughan as his public relations, marketing and endorsement agency of record.  FWV will work with Holt— who played in the NFL with the Detroit Lions, Arizona Cardinals, Chicago Bears and New Orleans Saints—to develop his brand, maximize business opportunities and secure public speaking opportunities.
