WASHINGTON, DC—Levick Strategic Communications has hired Rick Lavoie as senior vice president of its social and digital media team. Prior to joining Levick, Lavoie was president and chief engagement officer of Ruckus, where he created and implemented social media and digital strategy programs on behalf of such clients as HBO, Sam Goody, Kraft, Home Depot, Chase, and Duracell. Earlier, he was senior account director of Critical Mass/Omnicom and creative digital director at Ryan Partnership.

Since joining rbb in 2005 as a senior account executive, Fine has been promoted twice, most recently serving as an account director.
