Burke most recently served as director of communications and marketing for the Partnership for a Healthier America, which works with the private sector and honorary chair Michelle Obama to make healthier choices easier for busy parents and families. Prior to PHA, she was senior manager of media relations at AARP.
NEW YORK—Chris Albert has been named senior vice president of digital and social research and analytics at Ketchum, a role that straddles the firms digital and global research and analytics teams. He will provide leadership, strategic direction and oversight to Ketchum’s digital and social research and analytics business. He joins Ketchum from The&Partnership, where he was head of insights and analytics and earlier was VP of analytics, research and technology at Havas Media.

NEW YORK—HL Group announced has promoted Kimberly Flaster to senior vice president of fashion. In a newly created role she is responsible for all fashion-related businesses with oversight for client services as well as development of the firm’s fashion practice. Flaster joined HL Group in 2011 as a managing director and was named a vice president a year later. She formerly held senior public relations positions at Carolina Herrera, Gucci America, and Christian Dior.
