NEW YORK—Fenton, the social change specialist, has named Henk Campher managing director of its California offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Campher comes to Fenton from Allison+Partners, where he served as executive vice president, social impact. Prior to his time at Allison, Campher served as senior vice president: business and social purpose, and managing director of sustainability for Edelman.

NEW YORK—Burson-Marsteller has added Chris Gee and Helen Nowicka as managing directors, digital strategy & content. Gee joins the firm's US corporate and financial practice and Nowicka joins the brand marketing practice. Both are based in New York. Gee was most recently chief digital officer at RF|Binder and before that was managing director, social media and digital strategy, at Teneo. Nowicka was previously managing director, business development, at Meredith Xcelerated Marketing and executive vice president, digital, at Porter Novelli.

NEW YORK—Don McIver has returned to 5W Public Relations as chief operating officer, overseeing all company operations. McIver, who was with the firm until 2014, brings more than 20 years of experience in public relations and operations. Most recently, McIver served as executive vice president and chief people officer at MWW Group.

COSTA MESA, CA—Idea Hall, a leading independent branding and PR agency, has appointed Anita Mellon as group director, public relations. Mellon heads the company's public relations division, GDPR. Mellon joins Idea Hall following more than 16 years at Citizen Relations, most recently as a director of the agency's consumer tech business. Prior to Citizen, Mellon worked at H+K Strategies on its California government accounts, and Miller Brewing before that as part of its sports marketing PR team.
