New people in new roles at Ketchum, ReviveHealth, French/West/Vaughan, Nyhus, Lou Hammond, Risdall, Fish Consulting.

NEW YORK—Ketchum has appointed Tamara Norman, partner and director of its New York corporate practice, to associate director of the New York office. Norman will help oversee the firm's headquarters office while continuing to run the New York corporate practice, which includes media relations, issues and crisis management, and financial communications offerings. She has spent 19 years with the firm, and was appointed leader of the New York corporate practice in 2006.

NASHVILLE, TN—Healthcare specialist ReviveHealth has added Sasha Boghosian as senior vice president for the agency’s issues and crisis management team. Boghosian was previously an account manager at Davies Public Affairs. Also joining ReviveHealth are: Cherie Black as account director, Kate Caverno as senior account executive, Lauren Lewow as account executive, Brittany McInerney as assistant account executive, Skye McIntyre as senior account executive, Alejandra Paz as account executive, and Travis Greene as operations assistant.

RALEIGH, NC—French/West/Vaughan has hired Lauren Kinelski s associate vice president. Kinelski comes to FWV from Rémy Cointreau USA in New York City where she was public relations manager for a portfolio of luxury spirits, including Rémy Martin Cognac and Mount Gay Rum. In addition, Chris Shigas has been promoted to senior vice president. He joined FWV in 2006, and will now provide management oversight of the agency’s growing sports and entertainment practice. In addition, FWV welcomes Alexandra Ellis as senior account executive and Angelique Bailey as digital account executive and promotes Lauren Bristol to senior account executive.

SEATTLE—Nyhus Communications has hired Beth Hester to lead its public affairs practice and manage the firm’s operations as director of public affairs and operations. Hester is a 20-year public affairs professional who joins Nyhus from the City of Seattle where she served as director of public affairs and management for the Office of Mayor Mike McGinn. Prior to her role with the mayor’s office, Hester spent ten years with the Seattle Channel as general manager.

NEW YORK—Lou Hammond & Associates has added vice presidents Amy Helen Hoadley and Melanie Mathos. Hoadley, based in New York, founded Hoadley Communications in 1998 and has worked with high-end luxury brands in hospitality, design and fashion. For eight years prior, she was public relations manager for Chanel. Mathos, based in the Charleston office previously directed public relations for Blackbaud, a leading global provider of software and service for nonprofit organizations.

NEW BRIGHTON, MN—After 42 years building Risdall, one of the Twin Cities’ top independent advertising, digital and public relations agencies, founder John Risdall has transferred day-to-day leadership of the successful agency to Ted Risdall. John Risdall will continue coming to work as a leadership resource, consultant, and community ambassador for the agency, as well as pursuing independent projects.

HOLLYWOOD, FL—Fish Consulting has promoted Chad Cohen to senior vice president, long time team members Jenna Kantrowitz and Kim Ryan to vice president, Ashley Rodriguez to account director, and Amanda DelPrete and Elayne Sommers to senior account managers. Additionally, Fish hired Toby Srebnik as social media director, Claibourne Smith as account manager and Andie Biederman as account executive.
