Before joining MSL, Lake was a director at Sage Communications, an integrated marketing communications firm serving public sector technology clients such as Dell, Hitachi, Amazon Web Services. Before that he was the president of enableUS, a small consulting firm that created communication outreach programs for disability communities around emergency preparedness.
NEW YORK—Horn Group has promoted Brian Sinderson from managing director to senior managing director and general manager, New York, reporting to Sabrina Horn, president and CEO. In addition, the agency has added two vice presidents: Allyne Mills, formerly senior VP with Beckerman|Antenna Group and Erica McDonald, who rejoins Horn from DiGennaro Communications.

Yeganian comes to GSG from Capstrat, part of the Ketchum/Omnicom network in Raleigh, where she served as an EVP/MD for client services, overseeing the firm's practice areas in public affairs, energy, health care, technology and professional services and leading the firm's work with Duke Energy. Prior to joining Capstrat, Yeganian worked at Progress Energy.
