SAN FRANCISCO—MSLGroup has hired Brian Lake as a vice president focusing on the technology and public affairs practices. Before joining MSL, Lake was a director at Sage Communications, an integrated marketing communications firm serving public sector technology clients such as Dell, Hitachi, Amazon Web Services. Before that he was the president of enableUS, a small consulting firm that created communication outreach programs for disability communities around emergency preparedness.

NEW YORK—Horn Group has promoted Brian Sinderson from managing director to senior managing director and general manager, New York, reporting to Sabrina Horn, president and CEO. In addition, the agency has added two vice presidents: Allyne Mills, formerly senior VP with Beckerman|Antenna Group and Erica McDonald, who rejoins Horn from DiGennaro Communications.

WASHINGTON, DC—Stratacomm has hired Kristin Ford-Glencross as an account director in the company’s Washington, DC, office. She will oversee a number of the firm’s transportation and energy clients. Ford-Glencross previously served as a senior project manager at Direct Impact, a subsidiary of Burson-Marsteller, working with Ford Motor Company.

NEW YORK—Global Strategy Group has hired Dana Yeganian as senior vice president. Yeganian comes to GSG from Capstrat, part of the Ketchum/Omnicom network in Raleigh, where she served as an EVP/MD for client services, overseeing the firm's practice areas in public affairs, energy, health care, technology and professional services and leading the firm's work with Duke Energy. Prior to joining Capstrat, Yeganian worked at Progress Energy.

WASHINGTON, DC—SevenTwenty Strategies, an integrated public relations and public affairs agency, has named Christine DiGiovacchino as creative director and Megan Blair as senior web designer, and Joe Richards as senior account director. DiGiovacchino previously held positions with NDG Communications and CLD Creative, while Blair has worked on projects for the University of Maryland and Richards was previously with Craft Media/Digital in Washington, DC.
