PORTLAND, OR—Lane has hired managing directors Lisa Heathman and Dominga Ramirez, both reporting directly to president Wendy Lane Stevens. Prior to joining Lane, business-to-business expert Heathman was director of public relations at HMH, where she worked with brands including WatchGuard Technologies, Fluke Networks, Owens Corning, Louisiana-Pacific, Daimler Trucks, Eaton Manufacturing and Habitat for Humanity. Consumer expert Ramirez has worked with Dove, Quaker, Brita, Norton by Symantec, and was most recently a vice president at Matter.

PARSIPPANY, NJ—Deborah Sierchio has been promoted to senior vice president at Coyne PR, where she specializes in beauty, fashion and retail practice areas in the consumer lifestyle group. Since joining Coyne in 2003, Sierchio has led campaigns for clients such as Mary Kay Cosmetics, Biolage Haircare, Arrid Deodorant, Palmer’s Skin Care, Naturalizer footwear and David’s Bridal.

WASHINGTON, DC—Environmental communications specialist Outreach Strategies has hired Elizabeth Curwen as vice president and Evan Carlson as account manager. Curwen comes to OS from Spitfire Strategies, where she had been leading client engagements for the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, the Ford Foundation and other nonprofits. Carlson joins from the Center for International Policy.

LOS ANGELES— Former Washington and Sacramento lobbyist Tyrone Bland has joined Englander Knabe & Allen as a senior vice president in charge of water and infrastructure. Bland recently served as managing partner at Porter Tellus, where his focus areas included energy and commerce, financial tax, trade, transportation and environmental resources.  He has also served as senior vice president for the Washington, DC, lobbying firm Capitol Hill Consulting Group.

BOSTON—PAN Communications has added Jennifer Bonney as creative director for PANdigital, which provides visual storytelling services. Bonney worked most recently at Cone Communications and has experience with brands including General Mills, Nestle Waters, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, and HAI Group.
