Peppercom hires Ford as director of customer insights, plus new people in new positions at Dix & Eaton and LaVoie Group.

NEW YORK—Peppercom has hired Sam Ford as director of customer insights.  In his new role, Ford will work across the agency to examine changes impacting communications programs in order to identify opportunities for clients to leverage the shifting media landscape to reach and influence target audiences.  Ford will also play a key role within Peppercom’s PepperDigital practice. 


CLEVELAND—Amy Martin, who has directed marketing communications programs for leading healthcare and consumer products organizations, has joined Dix & Eaton as a vice president in the marketing communications practice. Martin previously served as head of the public affairs department at TAP Pharmaceutical Products for three years.


SALEM, MALaVoie Group, a strategic, integrated marketing and communications firm focused on life science companies, has appointed Lisa Rivero as director/senior account supervisor. Rivero will provide strategic public relations guidance across life science accounts. Prior to LaVoie, she was employed by PAN Communications as account manager.
