BOSTON—360PR+ has named Sean McNair as vice president of digital services. He will oversee digital strategy and content creation across the agency’s offices, in Boston, New York, San Francisco and Washington, DC. McNair previously led global digital account teams in the Boston office of Weber Shandwick.

WASHINGTON, DC—GMMB has appointed five new senior vice presidents: Saakshi Monga, John Rimel, and Sandy Won, based in the Washington DC office; Andy Rigsby, based in the Seattle office; and Harper Lawson, based in Montana. PHILADELPHIA—Brownstein Group has promoted senior vice president, public relations and social media, Erin Allsman to managing director effective immediately. Allsman will oversee Brownstein Group's public relations, social media, branding and digital practices and lead the agency's long-term growth and specialization strategies. Replacing Allsman as director of public relations  is Laura Emanuel, a nine year veteran of the firm.

LOS ANGELES—Ali Ostridge has joined C&R Communications as account director, leading strategy across several hospitality and real estate accounts. Prior to joining C&R, Ostridge led PR and marketing campaigns at Wagstaff Worldwide and Bread & Butter. In addition, Kelsey Harrington has joined the team as a senior account executive.

ANNAPOLIS, MD—Crosby Marketing Communications has added Anna Butler as an integration manager in the company’s expanding Washington, DC., office. She will help manage national outreach efforts for federal agencies that promote advances in health care quality and preventive care. She comes to Crosby from Merkle, where she worked as a social media analyst.
