The Halo Group, a Manhattan-based marketing communications and branding agency, has named Joanna Lauren Goldstein as director of public relations, plus new people in new roles at Flowers Communications Group and Northlich.

NEW YORK—The Halo Group, a Manhattan-based marketing communications and branding agency, has named Joanna Lauren Goldstein as director of public relations. Goldstein will lead the public relations efforts included in Halo’s integrated communications programs. Before joining The Halo Group, Goldstein held senior positions at PR firms including Manning Selvage and Lee, Edelman and Rubenstein Associates.


CHICAGORonald Childs has been named vice president, media relations, for Flowers Communications Group.  Childs formerly served as media relations director for the multicultural marketing communications specialist. Prior to joining FCG, he held communications positions including assistant director of publicity and associate editor for Johnson Publishing Company and its former EM (Ebony Man) magazine.

 

CINCINNATI—Frank Moricca has been named vice president and general manager of the Columbus office for Ohio marketing and public relations firm Northluch. Moricca will lead the Columbus office, be responsible for the continued growth in Central Ohio and beyond, and provide strategic support to Northlich’s health and wellness practice. Most recently, he served as senior vice president and director of client services of Fahlgren, where he managed the marketing and interactive work for a number of consumer, retail and healthcare clients.
