Dukas Public Relations has Sean Dougherty as a director in the company’s financial services practice; plus new people in new roles at Smith & Harroff and Northlich.

NEW YORK—Dukas Public Relations has hired veteran corporate publicist Sean Dougherty as a director in the company’s financial services practice. Dougherty previously held management positions focused on legal, financial and professional services at leading public relations firms including Edelman and The MWW Group.

 

ALEXANDRIA, VA—Casey Ratlief has joined public relations and advertising firm Smith & Harroff. Ratlief will work primarily on the Clean Energy America program, a nationwide speaker’s bureau for the Nuclear Energy Institute.  He will also provide media relations and research services to the full range of Smith & Harroff clients. Prior to joining Smith & Harroff, Ratlief worked on a wide range of public policy issues for the Arizona-based firm, Capitol Consulting and earlier at public affairs firms Symington Group and Kyle Moyer & Co.

 

CINCINNATI—Northlich has named Jason Ruebel as its new chief integration officer. Ruebel will support the expansion of Northlich’s multi-channel approach to delivering business results. He spent the past 14 years at WPP’s Bridge Worldwide, which has grown from a 35 person production shop into a 300 person digital agency. Most recently he was senior vice president of client partnership.
