Holmes Report

NEW YORK—Cooney/Waters Group has hired Dena Koklanaris, formerly of Edelman’s health and wellness practice, and Dana Gulick, who was most recently at Racepoint Group, as managing supervisors. They both join the Cooney/Waters team managing the firm’s work in the US with UCB. The firm has also promoted Amy Strathern to managing supervisor and Brandon Skop and Laura Finley to account supervisors, and Lindsay Paul to managing supervisor at Alembic Health Communications consumer health unit.

MALIBU, CA—Tellem Worldwide has changed its name to Tellem Grody Public Relations, reflecting partner Dan Grody’s nine-year contribution of business growth to the PR, social media and marketing agency. The change nearly mirrors the name of the firm founded 31 years ago by Dan’s late father, Mark Grody, and mother, Susan Tellem—then known as Grody Tellem Communications. John Tellem, who is also Susan’s son, has been a partner in the family business for 11 years.

BEDMINSTER, NJ—MCS Healthcare Public Relations has appointed Eliot Harrison as vice president and Amy Keitel to account executive. Formerly director of client services, Harrison has worked across therapeutic categories with specialties in the areas of data support, media relations and third-party collaborations. Keitel has worked with clients such as Merck, Genentech, CSL Behring and MannKind Corporation.
