Capstrat has hired Jim Hazen as analytics director, plus new people in new roles at Widmeyer Communications and Lighthouse Consulting Group.

RALEIGH, NC—Capstrat has hired Jim Hazen as analytics director. In this position, Hazen will help clients establish and analyze offline and online metrics and will support Capstrat client teams by helping them elevate metrics and quantify ROI. Prior to Capstrat, Hazen worked at IBM and Lenovo.


WASHINGTON, D.C.—Widmeyer Communications has added four new members to its New York-based health and wellness practice: medical advisor Doug Elwood, account manager Natalia Garzon, account executive Rob Ungar and account executive Kevin Donovan. Elwood will provide counsel to clients such as the John Theurer Cancer Center at the Hackensack University Health System and West Virginia University United Health System. He recently completed his medical residency at New York University. 


WASHINGTON, D.C.—Government affairs firm Lighthouse Consulting Group has added Michael Fleischer as vice president and Lauren Faber as senior director.  Before joining Lighthouse, Fleischer was vice president of public affairs at Widmeyer Communications, leading campaigns for clients such as JP Morgan Chase Card Services, Consumers United for Rail Equity, the Committee for Economic Development and UPS. Faber recently served as the senior policy advisor for climate change and energy at the British Embassy in Washington, D.C.
