NEW YORK—We Are Social has named Greg Eckelman and Robb Henzi as senior strategy directors in New York. Eckelman was most recently senior creative strategist at Code & Theory, served as strategy director at Big Fuel Communications, and held senior strategy positions at Grey Group, MRM Worldwide, BLiNQ Media and others. Henzi was most recently at VICE Media, as a strategy director, and before that served as vice president of strategy at Havas Media North America.

NEW YORK—Rubenstein Public Relations has appointed Dawn Rowan as vice president, director of media relations. Prior to joining RPR, Rowan served as the director of communications at NBC 4 New York, where she was responsible for overseeing the development and execution of all communications, public relations and media relations efforts for the TV station. Previously, Rowan was a senior vice president at Dan Klores Communications and launched her own company, Firebrand.

BLUE BELL, PA—Kimball Communications has added Mark Ladley as public relations manager, responsible for strategic planning, media relations, social media advising and crisis consulting. Prior to joining Kimball, Ladley served most recently at En Route Marketing in Philadelphia, focusing on the travel and tourism market. Prior to that, he was communications director for Pennsylvania Rep. Brendan Boyle.

SANTA MONICA, CA—Kim Haskell joins Phelps as partner bringing more than 25 years of agency, automotive, consumer and publishing category experience. Haskell is the former president and CMO of PixelMags, a leading content distribution company. Prior to that, Haskell held senior-level leadership roles at TBWA Chiat/Day, Colby & Partners, Ignited, Newsweek Magazine and Petersen Publishing where he served as publisher of Motor Trend magazine.

ADDISON, TX—Splash Media Group, a digital marketing, social media solutions and award-winning video production agency, has hired Steven Campanini as chief communications officer and head of healthcare. Campanini is responsible for developing digital, social and video strategies in healthcare and will apply his corporate communications and issues management experience to all the firm's clients.
