New people in new roles at FleishmanHillard, National PR, and McBee Gibraltar.

BOSTON—FleishmanHillard has appointed Danielle Wuschke, to the role of general manager of the firm’s Boston office. Since joining FleishmanHillard in 2007, Wuschke has served as a strategic partner to a variety of clients across the technology, telecommunications and corporate space. She succeeds Jason Glashow, who served as general manager since 2007. The team will continue to work with Glashow in his new role at Biogen Idec.

TORONTO—Technology specialist Sherry Boisvert (pictured) has joined National Public Relations as vice-president of the technology communications practice in Toronto. She will work together with Sarah Coombs, partner and Toronto technology practice leader to further expand the firm’s offering. Most recently, Sherry was a vice-president at Ketchum. Earlier she held positions at Apex Public Relations and Cohn & Wolfe.

WASHINGTON, DC—Advisory firm McBee Strategic Consulting has added Elizabeth Northrup as executive vice president in its communications unit, McBee|Gibraltar. Northrup will helm some of the company's largest clients, drawing on her energy and financial service sector experience. Most recently, she ran the America's Natural Gas Alliance account for Hill + Knowlton Strategies in DC.
