LOS ANGELES—Hill+Knowlton Strategies has appointed Monica Bouldin, a PR management executive with more than 20 years of experience, general manager of its southern California offices in Los Angeles and Irvine. Most recently, Bouldin served as executive vice president, consumer and multicultural marketing, for Edelman in Los Angeles. Prior to that she was senior vice president, consumer marketing, for Ogilvy PR Worldwide in Los Angeles.

NEW YORK—Porter Novelli has named Kate Cusick as executive vice president, global director of business development. She will be responsible for driving new and organic business growth globally. Most recently, she spent three years as partner, director of project management with ad agency Gardner Nelson & Partners in New York, leading both the business development group as well as the account management team.

NEW YORK—Ogilvy Public Relations has added six vice presidents to its New York office: Charlotte McLaughlin from Taylor Rafferty/Broadgate in corporate affairs; Alisha Marks Tischler from Schwartz Media Strategies in the media influence group; Melissa Ng from Acquis Consulting Group in the Ogilvy Impact employee engagement practice; and Kara Golub from Ruder Finn, Linda Ruckel from MSLGroup, and Christopher Wahlers from MWW, all in healthcare.

PARSIPPANY, NJ—Coyne Public Relations has named Rob Schnapp (pictured) as vice president, creative director for its digital and production practice. Schnapp joins Coyne Public Relations from Young & Rubicam, where he served as SVP, creative director, leading a multi-agency integrated team .

NEW YORK—MWW has promoted Jackie Glick to senior vice president and Geoff Coalter to associate vice president in its consumer lifestyle technology. Since joining MWW as vice president in 2010, Glick has led many large scale brand activations, strategic partnerships and experiential events for consumer technology brands. Coalter joined MWW in 2007 and provides media relations strategy and counsel for technology, audio and automotive clients.

SAN JOSE, CA—Tanis Communications has named Nicole Conley as director of media relations, responsible for driving public relations programs that raise the profile of all Tanis’ Communications’ clients. Conley has worked with many high-tech PR agencies and served most recently as president of her own firm, Conley Communications. Past clients include GPS leader SiRF Technology, CSR Plc., Zend, Consera Software (now HP), Artemis Solutions International, Pacific Edge and Sana Security.

DETROIT—Lambert Edwards & Associates has added Tiffany Jones as a director in the healthcare practice, managing public relations programs for clients including Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Wright & Filippis. Previously, Jones was the press secretary for Detroit Medical Center. The firm has also added Rita Kass-Shamoun was senior associate. She was previously communications coordinator for Gibbs Sports Amphibians.

TAMPA—Fetching Communications, a public relations agency serving the pet and veterinary marketplace, has appointed Liz Bard Lindley as the company’s chief executive officer. Lindley joined Fetching in 2011 as the director of client services. Kristen Levine, founder of Fetching, continues to serve as the company’s president.
