LONDON—Grayling UK and Ireland CEO Alison Clarke is exiting her role, bringing an end to a 13-year relationship with parent company Huntsworth.

Clarke was put in charge of Grayling's UK operations in 2011, after eight years as group business development director at Huntsworth. Her relationship with former Huntsworth CEO Lord Peter Chadlington stretches back to her time as a senior executive at Shandwick.

The new leadership of Grayling UK involves internal promotions for three senior executives – Sarah Scholefield becomes managing director of the UK, former FD Sam Williams is promoted to chief operating officer and public affairs MD Richard Jukes is appointed chairman of UK & Ireland.

Scholefield also joins the Grayling global leadership team in her new role.

“I am truly sorry to lose Alison from the business after such a long and distinguished career within the Group," said Paul Taaffe, who took over from Chadlington as Huntsworth CEO earlier this year. "It is to her credit that such a fine line up of senior talent is ready to take over and move the consultancy forwards."
