Allison Opens Sixth U.S. Office in Washington, D.C.

Allison & Partners is opening its sixth U.S. office in Washington, D.C. The office will be led by Chris Stenrud, who has held senior positions in several major public relations agencies and on Capitol Hill and in the executive branch.

WASHINGTON, D.C.—Allison & Partners is opening its sixth U.S. office in Washington, D.C.  The office will be led by Chris Stenrud, who has held senior positions in several major public relations agencies and on Capitol Hill and in the executive branch. The office will focus on public affairs, technology, healthcare and professional service clients.

The newest office of Allison & Partners will serve high profile clients including the Internet Protocal version 6 pioneer Command Information; local venture capital success-story Core Capital Partners; and the Delta Air Lines Retirement Committee.

Steinrud was previously a senior vice president in the local offices of GMMB and Golin/Harris, where he led the Washington public affairs practice. In addition, he served as staff director of the Democratic Communications Committee under former Senate Minority Leader Tom Daschle and as a press aide to U.S. Health & Human Services Secretary Donna Shalala.

Katrin Olson was also named account manager in the new Washington office. She was formerly a communications aide at Environmental Defense and a print reporter covering the energy beat for Hart Publications.
