SAN FRANCISCO — Allison & Partners has made Jonathan Heit its first president of Americas overseeing the firm's expansion into South America.
Heit has been with Allison since its launch, rising from senior account executive to his current role as senior partner and president. As the $37 million firm looks to further build out its international presence, CEO Scott Allison plans to focus on the firm's global performance, along with fellow co-founders Scott Pansky and Andy Hardie-Brown — turning over the US operations to Heit.
Heit's growth strategy in South America — primarily Brazil — will likely echo the firm's multi-year expansion into China.
Meanwhile, global head of Allison's corporate practice Matthew Della Croce takes on additional duties as the firm's European head. Allison currently has an office in London and France and is looking to Germany and Eastern Europe for expansion.
"Europe is a mature market so we don't expect the kind of growth we see in Asia," Allison told the Holmes Report. "
Della Croce founded the firm's corporate practice in 2009 and also drove the agency's expansion into London and in France last year.
