SAN FRANCISCO—Allison+Partners has named Greg Dunn and Mary Shaughnessy co-managing directors responsible for building the client portfolio and managing operations in the firm’s new Chicago office.

Dunn has worked with clients in the healthcare, consumer packaged goods, professional services, nonprofit and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Allison+Partners, he spent 11 years with Burson-Marsteller where he co-led the agency's corporate reputation offering within the US corporate practice.

Shaughnessy's experience is in the consumer, business-to-business and technology sector, in social media and content strategy. She has worked with digital and consumer brands such as Restaurant.com, iNest.com, KFC, Johnson & Johnson, Harley-Davidson and Sealy, among others. She most recently co-led the PR practice at Cramer-Krasselt, an advertising and marketing agency. Previously, she was principal of Cube Public Relations.

Among the clients of the Chicago office are the Dairy Communications Management Team, Kohler Co., Viewpoints, WinesTilSoldOut, Clearstream, xAd, Built in Chicago and TechWeek.
