Allison To Launch New Hispanic Practice

Allison+Partners has launched a new Hispanic practice, Nuestra Voz, and hired Carolina Guana as group account director.

SAN FRANCISCO—Allison+Partners has launched a new Hispanic practice, Nuestra Voz, and hired Carolina Guana as multicultural market group account director. In her new role Guana will support agency clients, lead the growth of the practice and develop ways to integrate Hispanic outreach into Allison+Partners’ products and services.

Guana joins Allison+Partners with over 20 years of experience. A native of Bogota, Colombia, Guana has lived most of her life in the US, and has planned and produced marketing and internal communications programs for companies such as Honeywell, ValueOptions and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Prior to Allison+Partners, Guana was employed by Hispanic advertising and PR firm Urias Communications, where she worked with APS, St. Joseph’s Hospital, SCAN Health Plan, Bristol-Myers Squibb and CALA Alliance, providing Hispanic community outreach, public and media relations strategies.
