BOSTON—The American Heart Association has retained Boston-based cause related marketing specialist Cone to help position the organization for stronger corporate relationships. The American Heart Association, a national health agency that seeks to reduce disability and death from cardiovascular diseases and stroke, is hoping to maintain existing affiliations with corporations and establish new corporate connections.

Says Cone chief executive Carol Cone “As collaborations between non-profits and corporations become increasingly important, many non-profits are seeking ways to become more efficient and effective with their corporate relationships. We look forward to serving as a strategic bridge between the American Heart Association and its corporate partners as AHA looks to leverage its assets, expand its program offerings and deepen it impact around the issue of cardiovascular disease and stroke.”
