Arizona Firm Rebrands as Anderson, Hires PR Chief

MMA Advertising of Scottsdale, Az., has been renamed Anderson Advertising & Public Relations and has named Jeff Hecht, a PR veteran with over 19 years of corporate and agency public relations experience, as director of public relations.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ—MMA Advertising of Scottsdale, Az., has been renamed Anderson Advertising & Public Relations and has named Jeff Hecht, a PR veteran with over 19 years of corporate and agency public relations experience, as director of public relations. Hecht previously served as the director of corporate communications for the Phoenix Coyotes, director of public affairs for The Ellman Companies, and owned his own public relations and copywriting consulting firm. 

 

Hecht will oversee all public relations clients, supervising the planning and execution of campaigns for clients, working with Molly Maguth, Anderson’s public relations account manager and a veteran of Lori Diamond Public Relations and Pierce Mattie Public Relations in New York, and Laurie Godfrey, who will head up the agency’s creative team.

 

Anderson also announced the recent addition of two significant accounts: the Mayo Clinic Medallion Program and Desert Schools Federal Credit Union.
