SINGAPORE—Waggener Edstrom's digital and mobile innovation services division Studio D has launched a new integrated digital communications and marketing solution for Asian markets. Connected Content taps into the agency's expertise in identifying consumer and brand insights and through the use of digital analytics, creates a map that outlines how audiences interact with certain brand messaging across any channel today. Maps are created using a range of digital consumer data points such as behavioral triggers, audience demographics, most resonant content formats, relevant channels and influencers across online and offline channels.

NEW DELHI—Genesis Burson-Marsteller has launched The GBM Newsroom, a new centre of excellence that will provide actionable media intelligence, curate new concepts and media distribution channels that go beyond the press release, with compelling and innovative storytelling capability. The GBM Newsroom provides real time listening and monitoring capabilities across print, television, digital and news wire channels to assist teams and clients during times of crisis, better media analytics based on big data driven intelligence platform, comprehensive database system for identifying the right channel for communication.

SINGAPORE—Ryan Financial Communications has appointed Suan Ong (pictured) as director, client services. Based in Singapore, she will be responsible for supporting existing client relationships and further developing the business in the region. She previously worked with GolinHarris and Impact Porter Novelli. In addition, Lauren Goble, based in Hong Kong, has been promoted to executive director and Tracy Ho, based in Singapore, has been promoted to account director.

SYDNEY—PPR has been appointed by Palm Oasis Ventures to connect its Baskin-Robbins brand with Australians. Following a competitive pitch, PPR has been selected to work for the global ice-cream brand to oversee its communications activity across brand engagement, shopper promotions and franchisee marketing.  The remit is to integrate owned, bought and earned marketing assets, with specific focus on content marketing, local area marketing, publicity, social media and video.

HONG KONG—Forgame Holdings Limited, a leading developer and publisher of webgames in China, has appointed Strategic Public Relations Group to manage its investor relations and public communications programme in Hong Kong.
