SINGAPORE—Text 100 has appointed Phillip Raskin as the new managing consultant of its Singapore office, following the promotion of Marc Ha to director of the ASEAN region. Raskin joins Text 100 after spending nearly a decade with Burson-Marsteller in its Korea, Warsaw and Washington offices. His experience includes technology clients, including QUALCOMM, Alcatel and LG, Philips LCD, as well as broader consumer, healthcare and digital lifestyle clients such as Allergan, Visa, Emirates and LG Electronics.
NEW DELHI—Consumer electronics company Philips has named Anjan Bose, currently vice president and head of the Philips Healthcare division, as vice president and head of professional and public affairs. The new role was created because of "the importance of India as an emerging market and the role of government and public institutions in shaping policies and in turn becoming a large customer, " the company said.
SHENDRA—SkodaAuto India has appointed Nitisha Agrawal as head of public relations. She will lead the external communications team responsible for media relations, PR, events and sponsorships for SkodaAuto India as the company gears up to launch its new Yeti brand. Agrawal has spent the past 10 years at Kaya Skin Clinic as PR manager, then with Vaishnavi Corporate Communications where she was general manager and finally with LINOpinion as group consultant.
PERTH—Mitsubishi Motors Australia corporate communications manager Catherine (Kit) Bashford is leaving the company to pursue a new career in an alternate industry. She worked for MMAL for the past four years in the Sydney regional office. The corporate communications manager position will be covered, during a changeover period, by Caitlin Beale of Caitlin Beale Events.
