New business success at MSL; new people in new roles at Edelman Digital and Parker & Partners.

SINGAPORE—MSL Singapore has been appointed by Beam Global Asia as its strategic communications partner for six hero brands in Singapore. MSL will work with Beam to provide media and corporate engagement, focusing on Courvoisier cognac, Japanese whisky range and The Premium Malt’s Beer under Suntory, and premium Scotch single malts: Auchentoshan, Bowmore and Glen Garioch under Morrison Bowmore Distillers.

SINGAPORE—Edelman Digital has appointed Edwin Rozells (pictured) as director of insights and planning, based in Singapore. Rozells joins from his role as strategy lead at OgilvyOne. In his new role he will spearhead an initiative to expand the agency’s digital strategy capabilities, build thought leadership, and lead integrated thinking for Edelman’s roster of clients in financial services, technology, consumer products and healthcare across Asia-Pacific.

SYDNEY—Parker & Partners, the public affairs arm of Ogilvy Public Relations Australia, has expanded its offering in health with the addition of Arli Miller, who joins as associate director based in Sydney. Miller was previously associate corporate affairs manager at Eli Lilly and senior communications adviser at GSK.
