SINGAPORE—Independent PR and public affairs firm Hume Brophy is expanding into Asia. The firm, with offices in Dublin, London, Brussels and Paris, is opening in Singapore. The new operation will be headed up by Una McGirr, a former European director at BT, who will serve as managing director of Hume Brophy Singapore. She spent 13 years with British Telecom in a range of roles, including head of European media relations and public affairs, and director of communications at BT Ireland.
