HONG KONG—Tim Freshwater has joined Brunswick Group in Hong Kong as senior advisor. Until recently, Freshwater was a vice chairman of Goldman Sachs (Asia). He has also held senior positions at international law firm Slaughter & May and at Jardine Fleming. He remains an advisory director at Goldman Sachs and currently sits on the boards of a number of companies in Hong Kong and elsewhere.

SYDNEY—Sefiani Communications Group has appointed Heather Mollins, formerly of Ogilvy Public Relations, as senior account director to lead the agency’s consumer practice. Known for its expertise in corporate communications and issues management, Sefiani has also been working with consumer brands such as St.George Bank, Hotels.com, TAFE Western Sydney Institute, AMP Capital Shopping Centres and HCF. Mollins comes to Sefiani after over three years at Pulse Communications, the consumer arm of Ogilvy. Prior to that, she worked in-house at Tourism New Zealand in London.

HONG KONG—CJ E&M, one of Asia’s leading content companies, has appointed Strategic Public Relations Group to manage public relations activities around K-Pop mega-event MAMA, to be held in November  at Asia World-Expo, Arena in Hong Kong. SPRG will assist CJ E&M in managing international and local publicity for the award ceremony.
