SINGAPORE—RLM Finsbury has opened an office in Singapore to advise and support clients in Southeast Asia. It will work closely with the firm’s established Asian operations in Greater China. Simon Moyse, an RLM Finsbury partner with more than 15 years of communications experience, has relocated to Singapore to manage operations across Southeast Asia. He was previously based in Dubai where he established RLM Finsbury’s Middle East operations. He will work alongside I Ling Ong who joins from ING Bank and has over a decade of communications experience in Singapore.

SYDNEY—Hill+Knowlton Strategies has appointed Carol McWeeney as nutrition communications manager. Prior to joining H+K, McWeeney was a nutrition and regulatory specialist with Unilever in Europe, Goodman Fielder and Kraft Foods.

DELHI—Marketing and public relations firm SPAG Asia has further strengthened its offering in India with its strategic acquisition of media relations network PRinINDIA. The acquisition will allow clients of SPAG Asia to use the network to undertaking integrated marketing and public relations campaigns in the luxury and lifestyle, travel and hospitality, food and beverages, fashion and celebrity management arenas.
