HONG KONG—Leading furnishing brand IKEA has awarded its social media business to Ogilvy PR’s Hong Kong  360 Digital Influence practice. IKEA sees social media as a means of telling its story beyond traditional advertising and to build consumer knowledge around its brand and the products that it offers. The 360 Digital Influence consulting team will be working with IKEA to define its position in social media, developing enterprise level social media guidelines for the organization, and educating all IKEA employees on how to harness the power of social media to drive business impact.
