New people in new roles at SenateSHJ, MSL, Four Seasons; new business success for Bite, MSL.

SYDNEY—SenateSHJ has appointed Jody Fassina to head up a new public affairs practice, based in Sydney. Fassina brings more than two decades of public affairs and government relations experience, including 10 years based in Federal Parliament, and subsequent appointments at Macquarie Bank and Statecraft, a boutique government relations consultancy. In addition, Darren Behar has been promoted to the role of partner and general manager for SenateSHJ’s Melbourne office and is responsible for growing SenateSHJ’s corporate and financial services sector practice there. And Jodie Wrigley has been promoted to associate partner to strengthen Sydney’s corporate practice.

SINGAPORE—MSLGROUP has appointed Jon Chin as director of its digital and social practice for South-East Asia, based in Singapore. Chin has more than 16 years of experience, most recently with FleishmanHillard, and has worked with clients including Philips, Azko Nobel, Estee Lauder, Bayer, Nokia, Scoot, VISA, EMC, and DBS.

SINGAPORE—Bite, which recently announced its integration into Next15 group sister agency Text100, has added leading payments provider ACI Worldwide to its portfolio across Australia, Singapore and India. Bite will lead an integrated PR and social media campaign to promote ACI Worldwide’s brand profile as the universal payments company, establish the company at the forefront of this digital disruption, and build its presence surrounding its roadshow, ACI Exchange APAC.

SINGAPORE—Isabelle Lim has been appointed director of public relations at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore. Lim has worked with iconic brands including LVMH for its Guerlain travel retail division, BVLGARI South-East Asia, Procter & Gamble Prestige Cosmetics, Estee Lauder Companies and Amore Pacific.

MUMBAI—MSLGroup in has been appointed as public relations support for India Economic Summit 2014. MSL in India and the World Economic Forum began their partnership back in 2011 with the Forum’s Mumbai Meeting.
