TOKYO—MSLGroup has appointed Sei Naganuma as digital lead and Takakazu Nozumi as consultant in Japan, strengthening the firm’s digital and planning. Prior to MSL,  Naganuma has held senior positions at media agencies and advertising agencies, including industry leaders mec, TBWA, and Asatsu DK. He was most recently the chief operating officer at Manzanita K.K, a digital marketing agency. Nozumi brings experience working across the automobile, food and beverage, finance, education, FMCG, and luxury goods sectors. He will join Emirates Airlines account team.

SINGAPORE—FleishmanHillard has appointed Khoo Yin (pictured) as the new general manager of its Singapore office. She takes on her new role following her leadership of the office’s fast-growing technology practice. Khoo joined FleishmanHillard in 2011, and before that held positions at Microsoft and Text 100.

BEIJING—The World Economic Forum has selected Ogilvy Public Relations, Beijing, as the official PR partner of its Annual Meeting of the New Champions for the ninth consecutive year. KUALA LUMPUR—FleishmanHillard has appointed Magdalene Lee as general manager of its Malaysia office. Lee is known best for her work across fast-moving consumer goods, finance, automotive and hospitality sectors. She joins FleishmanHillard from ARC Worldwide, a division of Leo Burnett. Her background includes in-house, agency and business development roles. She succeeds Chomaine Chai who is moving back to her home country of Singapore after nearly four years at the helm of FleishmanHillard in Malaysia.
