TOKYO—MSLGroup has appointed Sei Naganuma as digital lead and Takakazu Nozumi as consultant in Japan, strengthening the firm’s digital and planning. Prior to MSL,  Naganuma has held senior positions at media agencies and advertising agencies, including industry leaders mec, TBWA, and Asatsu DK. He was most recently the chief operating officer at Manzanita K.K, a digital marketing agency. Nozumi brings experience working across the automobile, food and beverage, finance, education, FMCG, and luxury goods sectors. He will join Emirates Airlines account team.

SINGAPORE—FleishmanHillard has appointed Khoo Yin (pictured) as the new general manager of its Singapore office. She takes on her new role following her leadership of the office’s fast-growing technology practice. Khoo joined FleishmanHillard in 2011, and before that held positions at Microsoft and Text 100.

BEIJING—The World Economic Forum has selected Ogilvy Public Relations, Beijing, as the official PR partner of its Annual Meeting of the New Champions for the ninth consecutive year. The event is taking place in the city of Dalian, China, and the Ogilvy team is providing on-site support, domestic and foreign media outreach, social media management, and other services throughout the event

SYDNEY—InsideOut Public Relations, a Sydney-based agency specializing in internal and external communication for corporate and consumer brands, has been elected a partner in IPREX, the global network of communication agencies. Founded in 2005 by Nicole Reaney, InsideOut works with clients including Top Juice, InterRISK, Supercheap Storage, Professional Bull Riders, Daughterly Care, Redbelly Citrus, Injury Treatment and Gemma Kirby.

SINGAPORE—Text100 has been selected by  OMRON, a global leader in the field of automation, to provide content marketing services to raise awareness, educate the market and generate leads. Text100 will work with OMRON on a retainer basis to reposition its Asia, Indonesia and Thailand websites as content destinations. The remit covers its industrial automation, electronic components, automotive electronic components, social infrastructure systems, healthcare, and environmental solutions businesses.

SINGAPORE—Rice Communications has been appointed by the Singapore Centre for Social Enterprise (raiSE) as its public relations agency of record. Rice Communications will support the organisation’s strategic communications initiatives and efforts starting this month across media relations, stakeholder engagement, content and social media.

KUALA LUMPUR—FleishmanHillard has appointed Magdalene Lee as general manager of its Malaysia office. Lee is known best for her work across fast-moving consumer goods, finance, automotive and hospitality sectors. She joins FleishmanHillard from ARC Worldwide, a division of Leo Burnett. Her background includes in-house, agency and business development roles. She succeeds Chomaine Chai who is moving back to her home country of Singapore after nearly four years at the helm of FleishmanHillard in Malaysia. 

MUMBAI--Dheeraj Realty, a 37-year-old real estate company, has appointed DDB Mudra Group for its creative mandate, GolinOpinion (formerly known as LinOpinion GH) for online and offline PR, and Activ Eight Dimensions for media planning. 

SYDNEY—Global IT and digital recruitment firm Talent International has appointed Sefiani as communications agency for the 2015 Talent Unleashed Awards, held in Sydney on 11 September.
